The main icon created was the neural brain which embodies the overall message of the program. This was used on buttons along with the message "Celebrate Neurodiversity" as part of an event to raise awareness and promote the hiring of individuals on the Spectrum. Elements of the icon were then used on printed collateral, including brochures and postcards to further promote this initiative. Keeping elements such as type treatment, color, and overall layout constant throughout was important in creating a unified presence.
